The SIAD Welcome programme is designed for new people joining our team. The programme is divided into three intense and stimulating days, during which new hires have the opportunity to learn about the strategic areas of the SIAD Group and learn the principles and values that guide us.

Reporting and monitoring system

All SIAD sites use a centralised system for collecting incidents and near misses. Reports are analysed, shared and turned into corrective actions. This approach has helped keep accident rates stable and low, with no serious or fatal incidents.
