The SIAD Group adopts an Organisation, Management and Control Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, supplemented by a Code of Ethics which regulates corporate behaviour. Every employee is trained and made aware of these tools, which guarantee legality, transparency and risk prevention.

Whistleblowing System

A digital platform for anonymous reporting of violations, accessible to all employees, is in place. The system ensures confidentiality and security, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/1937, strengthening the culture of integrity and compliance.

Security Operations Center (SOC)

In 2024, the SOC for 24/7 IT security monitoring was activated. 77 incidents were detected, of which only one had minimal impact. The project is part of the Zero Trust strategy, which strengthens the Group's data protection and digital resilience.

Risk Analysis and Dual Materiality

The Group has integrated ESG analysis into its Enterprise Risk Management processes. The assessment of impacts and risks has been extended to all companies, with a structured involvement of stakeholders. This approach guides strategic choices and strengthens the coherence between governance and sustainability.

Data centre transfer with 100% renewable energy

We have decided to transfer our IT infrastructure to an outsourced data centre in order to guarantee certain standards of resilience, security and sustainability (SLAs - Service Level Agreements).
