The SIAD Group's Code of Ethics expresses the fundamental values that guide all company activities. It defines the principles and conduct to be followed to ensure that all operations are conducted with fairness, transparency and in compliance with regulations, thereby reinforcing the Group's reliability and reputation.
The Code is an integral part of the Organisational, Management and Control Model adopted by the Board of Directors on 11 July 2008 and updated over time (29 March 2010, 26 June 2014, 12 March 2018, 31 March 2021, 23 November 2023) to include new legislative provisions, including those relating to health and safety at work, environmental protection and the legal employment of foreign nationals.
The SIAD Group provides a secure and confidential channel for reporting conduct that does not comply with company principles. Every report is handled seriously, in compliance with regulations and confidentiality.
