More efficient compressors: VITO NEXT

Thanks to an innovative technological solution, VITO Next compressors, specially designed for blowing rPET and PLA bottles, can integrate a heat recovery system (HRS) without changing the geometry or dimensions of the skid. This system allows thermal energy to be recovered from the hot water exiting the gas coolers, making it available for a wide range of applications in the customer's plant, including space heating, auxiliary uses and production processes. The system is designed to recover up to 40% of the thermal energy generated, with hot water supplied at temperatures that can reach 75-80°C, adapting to the specific needs of the customer.
