SIAD Group is experiencing high growth and we are now hiring for multiple roles across our business. We are looking for talented people to accelerate our development and sustain business strategies. Currently we are looking for a brilliant Accountant that will be part of the Finance, Administration & Control function and will report to the Finance Manager of our Austrian branch. The newcomer will guarantee proactive execution of administrative, fiscal, financial and cost control activities in line with local law and corporate policies.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Accounting and cost controlling activities (VAT issues, fixed assets management, cost management and reporting, contact with tax office etc.);
- Administration of supplier and customer invoice registration;
- Suppliers management;
- Credit collection;
- Personnel management in cooperation with HQ HR Department (draft contracts, time & attendance management, monitoring the outsourced payroll service provider);
- Other accounting and administrative activities respecting deadlines and procedures.
Your key success factors:
Strong knowledge of accounting, administration and invoicing processes.
Passion for learning, accuracy and able to work under pressure in cooperation with others.
Very good knowledge of Excel.
Knowledge of ERP NAV (Microsoft Dynamics Navision) will be considered as a plus.
Fluent in English and Austrian.
At least High School Diploma in Economics, Administration, or Accounting. University Degree in these fields will be considered as a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
