Clarification Regarding Online Reports of a ransomware Incident

Regarding the information circulating online concerning an alleged and unconfirmed ransomware incident, the SIAD Group would like to provide some clarification.

Unauthorised access to a perimeter component of the IT system was detected, limited exclusively to SIAD Macchine Impianti. The incident was promptly contained thanks to the intervention of our internal team; full operational continuity, therefore, continues to be guaranteed.

At present, there is no evidence of any personal data being compromised. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and will provide timely updates should any further relevant information emerge.

The protection of information and the security of our stakeholders are an absolute priority for the SIAD Group. To this end, we take all necessary measures to ensure maximum protection of our systems and data.
