ViVa: the Research Biobank
On 6 July 2023, SIAD and the Italian National Institute of Health signed an agreement for the construction of ViVa, one of the largest Italian research biobanks, which will contain biological samples of various types: human, animal and environmental, in accordance with the highest quality standards, to enable cross-disciplinary research that takes into account all the factors that determine our health.
